This whisky boasts a nose of dry peat smoke with vanilla syrup and cracked black pepper, a taste of sweet, medicinal peat and smoked bacon leading into roasted coffee bean with spice notes of clove and star anise, and a long, waxy peat finish with a citrus hop note and gooseberry.
