These chocolates have been created to pair perfectly with our 12 year old single malt. Both whisky and chocolate lovers will find a real balance to these flavours, with the milk chocolate offering a luxurious and velvety texture, whilst the apricot allows the fruit flavour of the whisky to really shine through. We worked closely with Scottish artisan chocolatier, Cocoa Ooze, to create these bespoke chocolates, designed to accentuate and enhance the tasting experience of our three 12 year old whiskies and showcase the alchemy in our whisky making ability.
Our perfectly balanced 12 year old has been paired with a milk chocolate and apricot truffle. Both whisky and chocolate lovers will find a real balance to these flavours, with the milk chocolate offering a soft and luxurious, velvety texture. Selected for its simplicity, the apricot also allows the fruit flavour of the whisky to really shine through. This perfectly balanced whisky has delicious notes of peach and pear layered with vanilla sweetness and a gentle hint of smoke on the finish.
