This 18 Year Old whisky showcases a complex flavour profile of toasted oak, honeysuckle and gooseberry, with a balanced finish of soft medicinal peat and wood smoke.
This elegant single malt has been distilled in both our unique straight neck stills and traditional pot stills, and matured in three different types of 100% American Oak casks — Bourbon, Refill and Re-charred.
It all comes together perfectly to deliver the signature character of our distillery: orchard fruit, sweet honey, and soft smoke.

Fresh green apple and grapefruit aromas combine for a start filled with fruit. Honeysuckle and a mature oak character then develop.
Toasted oak and cigar box bring forth layers of elegant woody notes on a smooth and full-bodied palate, before moving towards rich fruits with caramelised apple, pear, and a hint of gooseberry.
A long finish with rich toffee journeys through dried tea and tobacco leaf, balanced with soft smoky wood and medicinal peatiness.
