Great present

Bought for a bereavement and the bottle was smashed before delivery but i was never informed. So it wasnt until i logged onto their tracking that i saw it was broken and DPD said i had to contact Lock Lomond. So Delivery ended up taking nearly 2 weeks. Communication was poor and no idea if whiskey is good as was directly delivered to my friend.

Fast delivery, as advertised, no complaints.

It was a present so unfortunately I can't tell anything about the taste, but I can tell you It came in a lovely box that was beautifully wrapped, and with extra paper in case you needed to unwrap it. I decided not to because there was no way I was going to be able to make it look that good again! The engraving on the back was lovely, just a shame it didn't stand out more. The company might want to reconsider who they use as a courier as DHL delivered to the wrong house, so I had to go searching for it! I eventually found it on a neighbours back door, So much for doing an age check!!
