2025 has already been a Golden Year for Loch Lomond Whiskies — and now it shines even brighter.
At the Tokyo Whisky & Spirits Competition, Loch Lomond 12 Year Old Perfectly Balanced has been awarded Gold for the seventh year in a row, earning its place in the Hall of Fame.
It was also recognised with the award for Best Value — a whisky whose craft, quality and character far exceed expectations.
Only a handful of whiskies worldwide have ever achieved Hall of Fame status, among them icons such as Yamazaki 18 and Hibiki 21. For Loch Lomond 12 Year Old to stand proudly in such illustrious company is a incredible moment for our distillery.
At the heart of this achievement are our remarkable stills, unique to Loch Lomond. They allow us to craft a spectrum of flavours unlike anywhere else, shaping the vibrant fruit character that defines our house style. Layer in honeyed sweetness, a touch of soft smoke, and the quiet mastery of Master Blender Michael Henry, and you have a whisky that lives up to its name — perfectly balanced.
Our Golden Year continues — and with Hall of Fame recognition, the story of Loch Lomond 12 Year Old shines brighter than ever.
