The first release in our new Distillery Edition series is a 9-Year-Old Single Cask Malt Whisky, originally distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2020. Produced using Chardonnay Wine Yeast in the fermentation process, this rare expression has been distilled in our unique Straight Neck Stills and matured in American Oak casks for a truly unique and undeniably delicious flavour.
