Loch Lomond 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky – Super League 30th Anniversary (Limited Edition)

1. Promoter 

The promoter is Loch Lomond Distillers Limited, Lomond Estate, Alexandria, G83 0TL, Scotland (“Promoter”). 

2. Eligibility 

• This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry. 
• Employees of the Promoter, Loch Lomond Group, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter. 
• The Promoter may require proof of age, identity, and eligibility before awarding the prize. 

3. Promotion Period 

• The prize draw opens at 10:00am (UK time) on 25/02/2026. 
• The prize draw closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on 25/03/2026. 
• Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted. 

4. Prize 

There will be one winner. The prize consists of: 

• 2 x hospitality tickets to the Super League Grand Final (the “Event”), and 
• 1 x signed top from a Super League team of the winner’s choice (subject to availability). 

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. 

5. How to Enter 

There are two ways to enter. No purchase is necessary. 

(A) Purchase Entry 

Purchase a Loch Lomond 10-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky – Super League 30th Anniversary (Limited Edition) from lochlomondwhiskies.com during the Promotion Period. 
Eligible purchases will be automatically entered into the prize draw. 

(B) Free Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary) 

To enter without making a purchase, complete the free entry form available at www.lochlomondwhiskies.com/products/loch-lomond-10-year-old-single-malt-scotch-whisky-super-league-30th-anniversary-limited-edition during the Promotion Period. 

No purchase is required, and free entry is available to all eligible participants. 

6. Entry Restrictions 

• Maximum one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. 
• Multiple entries, bulk entries, or entries made using multiple email addresses or identities may be disqualified. 
• Entries must be submitted by the individual entering. Automated or third-party entries will not be accepted. 

7. Winner Selection and Notification 

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a verifiable random selection method. 

The draw will take place on 25/03/2026. 

The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. 

8. Claiming the Prize 

• The winner must respond to the winner notification email and confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days of receiving the email. 
• The winner may be required to provide: 
  proof of age and identity, and 
  a UK delivery address for the signed top. 

If the winner does not respond within the stated time, or fails eligibility checks, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

9. Prize Conditions (Important) 

• The Super League Grand Final date, location, and hospitality details are determined by the event organiser and are outside the Promoter’s control. 
• The prize includes only what is stated. Travel, accommodation, food/drink (unless included in the hospitality package), insurance, and any additional expenses are not included and are the winner’s responsibility. 
• If the Event is postponed, cancelled, rescheduled, or materially changed, the Promoter is not responsible for any related costs incurred by the winner. The Promoter may, at its discretion, offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. 

10. Signed Top 

• The winner may choose a Super League team for the signed top. 
• The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to supply a signed top from the selected team. 
• If a signed top from the selected team is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a signed top from an alternative Super League team. 

11. Publicity 

By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may publish the winner’s first name and county on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels for the purpose of announcing the winner. 

12. Data Protection 

Personal data will be used only for the administration of this prize draw, winner contact, and prize fulfilment, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy: lochlomondwhiskies.com/policies/privacy-policy. 

13. General 

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or is suspected of fraudulent activity. 
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues, network failures, or other reasons beyond its control. 
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

14. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
