Created in celebration of the 151st Open at Royal Liverpool, and our proud relationship with golf’s oldest, most prestigious tournament. This 25 year old single malt has been distilled from unpeated malt from our unique Straight Neck stills.
Aged in American Oak casks and finished in Spanish Oloroso casks, creating a complex flavour profile of ripe peach and juicy pineapple with raisins, melted brown sugar and lingering warming spice.
Bottled at cask strength and non-chill filtered at 43.2% with natural colour.

25 Year Old Exclusive Single Malt
Oloroso Cask Finish
Distilled in 1998 using unpeated malt in our unique Straight Neck Stills, this exclusive cask whisky started its life in Refill Bourbon, American Oak casks, then matured quietly in the shadow of Ben Lomond for 24 years, before being finished for 12 months in the finest Spanish Oloroso casks.
The Oloroso finish adds layers of rich dried fruit and nuttiness to the typical orchard fruit notes created from our remarkable stills. You can expect a complex flavour profile of ripe peach and juicy pineapple with dried citrus peel, raisins, toasted almonds and warming spice before a lingering melted brown sugar and vanilla sweetness on the finish.
