29 Year Old Exclusive Single Malt

French Sauternes Cask Finish

This exclusive whisky was distilled in 1995 using unpeated malt in our unique Straight Neck Stills and collected at high strength. Matured in American Oak casks, with a finishing period in a French Sauternes wine cask.

The French Sauternes finish adds layers of sweet honey and a subtle spice to the typical orchard fruit notes created from our remarkable stills. You can expect a complex and elegant flavour profile of blossom honey, peach and apple on the nose, with maple syrup, tropical fruits, mango, pineapple and vanilla on the palate, before a long subtle ginger and cinnamon finish.

This 29 year old single malt whisky has been bottled at cask strength and non-chill filtered at 47.8% with natural colour, just as nature intended.
